The Career Boosters Counselling Programme is a blended solution for students in grades 9-12 that helps them develop critical non-cognitive skills and college knowledge and instills confidence so that they’ll persevere to reach their long-term college and career goals.
Career counselling is vital for school students especially for the ones of higher grades who are on the verge of choosing a new stream or specialization. It helps them choose the stream based on their interest and capability.

HIGHLIGHTS OF CAREER BOOSTERS

Career Guidance and Counseling for study in India and Abroad through seminars for parents and children by Career guidance experts. The frequency of career counselling sessions in a year happens eight to ten times for groups and six one one to one sessions in a year, three in each term. A dedicated team of Career Counsellors form a part of the Career Boosters initiative. Two Counsellors are in each grade, and the Counselor to student ratio is 1:15.

Education Fairs in and around Nashik for understanding of careers in India and Abroad by meeting representatives of various Universities.

“Analysis Index Questionnaire” is followed by a student led conference along with their parents. Choosing the right subjects and streams of study after a detailed “Analysis report” to guide you as per ability, capability, and passion for learning.

Complimenting your nature with your intelligence through psychometric tests and one to one career counselling to choose the right career. The School has tied up with VIOSA who conduct these tests for the students. VIOSA is India's first AI powered unified EdTech platform helping freshers in acquiring sectoral-based competencies, professional profiles.

Summer Schools, Summer Internship and Winter Internships provide the students with the much needed exposure and the hands on experience in the field of choice.

The students of Grades 10 to 12 have been introduced to digital platforms like Univarity wherein every student gets an individual login ID and password on the Univarity portal. This portal gives them an opportunity to interact with the school alumni for career tips and guidance. University options, subject selections, guidance from experts and various career choice options and information is available for them. In addition, regular training programmes for Counsellors regarding the Univarity platforms and career counselling sessions are regularly conducted.

College Fair - The Wisdom High Group of Schools organizes a College Fair annually, primarily meant for students of Grades 9 to 12 – with the noble intention of revealing a definite career path that would take them to their goals. The Fair is organized annually, with no fewer than 100 Universities – Colleges and Universities within India and from overseas – take part in this mega event! This is a unique event, and is the biggest education fair held annually in Nashik. Students flock in large numbers from different schools and Colleges of the city, to avail of the varied benefits this platform has to offer!!! A few of the Universities that participated in the Fair included the University of Kansas, the University of Toledo, Middlesex University, Leeds Beckett University, University of Kentucky, Les Roches Global Hospitality Education and Glion Institute of Higher Education, Istituto Marangoni, Shiv Nadar University, Russell Square University,DSK University and Ashoka University. Students from various schools in Nasik came in large numbers and participated in the Fair. Schools that had been invited had sent their students to attend this fair. The total attendance of students that included our own stood at 700+, thus marking the first sign of success for an event that had been organized for the first time in Nashik. Schools that attended included Fravashi Academy, Barnes School, Silver Oak Universal School to name a few.Throughout the day – from 9.30 to 3:00 pm one could watch students eagerly gathered around every stall, keenly listening to the advice given by the hosts; and tenaciously clutching the brochures distributed.
